In-home cooking demos for small groups, families, or one-on-one are available. I will work with you to design a plant-based three-course meal then come to your kitchen and show you how to make it from start to finish. The option is also available for theme-based demos!
Consultation with you to give you a plant-powered pantry. This in-person or virtual, one-hour session will walk you through what a plant-based pantry looks like and how to replace your processed foods with whole foods to meet your needs. I will also give you a list of recommended foods to keep stocked and tips for storing the items in your pantry.
