These are a perfect recipe for fall. If you are feeling festive or just need a seasonal breakfast this is the recipe for you! This all comes together in just one bowl. You just mix everything together and throw it in the oven. It doesn’t get much easier than that. Give these a shot this fall season!
Time: 30 minutes
Yield: 2 dozen muffins
Ingredients:
3 cups pumpkin puree
4 teaspoons cinnamon
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
3 cups ap flour
1/2 cup applesauce
1 cup naturally sweetened chocolate chips
1 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup coconut sugar
3/4 cup maple syrup
2 teaspoons vanilla
3/4 cup plant milk
Instructions:
Add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl and mix thoroughly.
Place cupcake liners in muffin tin.
Fill each hole in muffin tin about 3/4 full.
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
