These cookies are so easy!

If you are looking for a cookie recipe that doesn’t use a ton of ingredients and is simply make, this is the recipe for you!

Time: 30 minutes 

Yield: 8 to 10 cookies 

Ingredients:

1.5 cups almond flour

1/2 cup ap flour

3 Tablespoons honey

3 Tablespoons maple syrup

2 Tablespoons almond milk

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon almond extract 

Optional: sliced almonds 

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl until incorporated. 

Roll into balls and gently press flat. 

Optional: Leave imprint with a fork and top with sliced almonds. 

Bake for 10 to 12 minutes at 350. 

Notes: You can use a mix of honey and maple syrup or just one or the other.
