Honey Garlic Cauliflower Wings

These are so simple and delicious!

These wings come together very easily and air fryer friendly. They turn out so crispy and delicious!

This recipe would be perfect for any party or get together. And especially great as a game day appetizer! The sauce could easily be switched out for whatever your preference. Give this recipe a shot at your next get together!

Time: 45-60 minutes 

Yield: 4-6 servings 

Ingredients

2-3 cauliflower heads

1 1/2 cups ap flour 

1 Tablespoon garlic powder 

1 Tablespoon onion powder 

1 Tablespoon salt

1 Tablespoon smoked paprika 

1 teaspoon black pepper 

2 cups plant milk

3-4 cloves garlic minced 

2 cups honey

1 Tablespoon coconut aminos

2 Tablespoons vegan butter 

Instructions:

Break cauliflower into florets. 

Combine flour, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, and plant milk. 

Mix until thoroughly combined. 

Dip florets into wet batter and place on a parchment lined baking sheet and bake at 450 until crispy. Approximately 30 minutes. Alternatively place into air fryer basket in a single layer and cook at 400 until crispy. 

While cauliflower is cooking melt vegan butter in a skillet on medium heat. 

Add minced garlic and cook until toasted. 

Add honey and coconut aminos to garlic. Salt and pepper to taste. 

Once cauliflower wings are crispy toss in sauce and serve.
